Long before Tom established our Campbell office, he was the one hiring caregivers for his own parents, Bob and Darleen. He built the home care agency he wished he’d found for them, drawing on a Master’s in Adapted Physical Activity from SJSU and decades in the health and fitness industry, working with people of every ability level. Tom serves on SJSU’s Kinesiology Advisory Board and hosts the SYNERGY Sessions podcast.

As Executive Director, Janelle is usually the first person families talk to at SYNERGY HomeCare, and the one who guides them through every step that follows. She visits the home, builds the care plan, and keeps the family and caregivers in sync; when concerns come up, she’s the person to call. With more than a decade in home care, she makes sure no family has to navigate this alone.
